Availability
Appointments are available in-person Saturdays from my therapy room, with online sessions offered flexibly throughout the week.
Getting here
The therapy room is located at 35 Fournier Street, in the heart of Spitalfields.
It is around a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, with Shoreditch High Street and Aldgate East stations also nearby.
Several bus routes stop within a short walk of the practice, including the 8, 26, 35, 47, 78, 135, 149, 205 and 388.

Fees will vary depending on whether online or in-person, and which service you wish to access. Please note that the initial session is chargeable. Please get in touch for further details.

The initial session is 90 minutes for a full history taking and to answer any more questions you have about the process. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes.
Sessions are usually held weekly at the same time each week to provide consistency and continuity.

At present, sessions are offered on a self-funding basis.
If you have specific questions regarding insurance or workplace-funded therapy, please feel free to enquire.

A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations. In this case, I will aim to offer alternative dates and times if possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee.
Further details will be provided before therapy begins.

To provide consistency, we will aim to continue with the medium we started with. However, I understand that circumstances may well change (illness, need for travel) so flexibility can be shown in these cases.

Some people attend for a shorter period of focused work, while others benefit from longer-term therapy.
We will regularly review the work together and decide what feels most appropriate.
There is a structured 12-week programme available for children, adolescents, adults and parents seeking shorter-term support.

The therapy room is located on the 3rd floor of the building in E1, East London and there is no lift access. If you have any accessibility concerns, please get in touch so we can discuss alternative options, including online sessions.
